Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan includes a trial. Your data is never deleted if the trial ends.
Do customers need to install an app?
No. It works in the mobile browser, including the camera QR scanner.
Can customers cheat by scanning repeatedly?
No. QR tokens are random, expire quickly, work once and have cooldowns, all checked on the server.
Can I run multiple branches?
Yes, depending on your plan. Each branch can have its own staff, QR codes and analytics.
Who can see customer data?
Only a business where the customer actually joined. Public profiles never show customer data.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Owners can export customers, transactions and redemptions as CSV.
